Services

Support tailored to you.

I offer individual counselling for adults navigating a wide range of life's challenges. Sessions are shaped around your needs — there is no fixed script, no rush, and no pressure to have all the answers.

How I work

My approach is integrative, drawing primarily on Transactional Analysis — a model that helps us understand our behaviours, personality, and how these affect our relationships and communication. I also weave in elements of person-centred and humanistic therapy, always following your lead.

Sessions take place in a confidential, non-judgemental space where you are free to explore whatever feels most pressing. There is no expectation to have things figured out before you arrive.

Areas I can help with

What brings people to counselling

Anxiety

Whether it is persistent worry, panic attacks, or a low-level sense of dread you cannot quite name, we can work together to understand what is driving it and find steadier ground.

Depression

When life feels flat, heavy, or meaningless, it can be hard to know where to start. Counselling offers a space to gently explore what is underneath and begin to reconnect with yourself.

Family and relationship difficulties

Navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, or changes in family dynamics can be exhausting. I can help you make sense of what is happening and find a clearer path forward.

Grief and loss

Loss takes many forms — bereavement, the end of a relationship, a change in identity or circumstance. I offer a compassionate space to sit with grief and move through it at your own pace.

Trauma

Difficult or overwhelming experiences can leave a lasting mark. Working at a pace that feels safe for you, we can begin to process what happened and reduce its hold on your day-to-day life.

Personal growth

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people come simply to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, or work towards a more fulfilling life.

The issues I can help with are not limited to the above; I can also help with issues such as BPD, OCD, weight issues, self-harm and dementia, among others.
